Statement of Faith 

Faith as we see it!

We as Souled Out Ministries define Faith as intangible, extra-ordinary, unexplainable- the substance of things hoped for, and yet, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)  How do you really define Faith?   It is something so large birthed from something so small.  Jesus said “if you have Faith as a grain of mustard seed (the smallest seed, and yet it grows to one of the largest garden plants that even birds can nest in its branches) you can say to this mountain be thou cast into the sea and it will obey!” Jesus also said “without Faith no one can enter the Kingdom of God.” For it is by Faith we must believe and accept that Jesus came from the Father and that He is who He said He is.  We must accept by Faith in the Word of God that our redemption from sin has come through the finished work of the Cross.  It also by Faith that we must receive the commission given by Jesus that rounds out all of the gospels, (Mathew, Mark, Luke and John) sending us to ends of the earth to make Him famous and bring the harvest of souls.

By Faith we must believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit that empowers, comforts, and leads us just as Jesus said He would.  We must choose by Faith to walk in all the fullness of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. To set the captive free, see blind eyes opened, the sick healed and to love one another as Christ loves us!  Faith is action.  It is belief with feet and hands and hearts working to glorify Jesus!  Faith declares “I once was blind but now I see, was bound but now I’m free!”  Faith reaches out and does the same for someone else, longing to see Gods miraculous power at work in His children.  Faith says “come just as you are, let Jesus do the work for God is no respecter of persons, what He has done for me He will do for you!” And We Believe It!
