The Wall

Do we really know Gods love? I mean the God kind of Love that hides our sin in the wounds of His Son!!! The God kind of Love that allows it to rain on the just and the unjust alike? Mathew 5:45 Whether we (or they) deserve it or not! This is something the body (church) is going to be taught in the days ahead. The Father is teaching us Love. His not ours. January 3, 2009 this really began to penetrate my spirit. Though 1 Corinthians ch. 13 is by no means new to me, Holy Spirit really began to unveil it to my heart and let me experience the Fathers Love in a very real unhindered and unconditional way. In addition Jesus also spoke that this was to be our fighting stance! We are going to fight with Love, Gods kind. To know me it would be clear this was definitely not my thought, I am a Holy Spirit guns blazing all out spiritual warefare kinda girl!!! Plus, I have just leared some really awesome new keys to fight, and I mean fight the good fight of faith and whatever else gets in the way!! (In my prayer closet of course) “Good,” says the Lord,"I'm glad you have learned how to fight!We are going to love them!” Hmmm? Then the moments of experiencing His heart for the people. Land. Communities. His Plans. Wow. Going back to the begining. His love. Our pastor pointed out on Sunday that the definition of Radical- is doing the basics well. What? yes! So then comes James ch. 4 highlight verse 7-8 Humble yourselves before God…8 come close to God and He will come close to you. Wow, as we humble ourselves before God and loose our plans to submit to His, may He equip us to take on this fighting stance of Love. Going back to basics, building a firm foundation, the right way, in Love. After all… the greatest of these is LOVE !cor.13:13b p.s. more to come.
